As a part of the ongoing effort to collect funds to reconstruct the West Pittston Community Pool, Atlas Realty’s agents made a donation to the construction project. During 2009, when Atlas Realty lists and sells property in the Wyoming Area, they will donate $100. Pictured in the photo are Charlie Adonizio, broker; agents Colleen Turant, Michele Reap, Lu-Ann Sperazza, and Joseph Viccica presenting a check to Mayor William Goldsworthy (center).

Seeks Photo ID

Jerry Pace, a volunteer with the U.S.A.F. Retired Activities Office located in the U.S.M.C. Training Center, Wyoming, is trying to locate an individual in an old photo he possesses.

Apparently, the photo is of an airbase crew that broke a record changing a B-24 Bomber engine in 18-hours. On the crew of 16 was West Pittston resident, T-SP Harry J. Nardone. The quality of the picture is fair with all names randomly listed making it difficult to determine which one is T-SP Nardone.

Jerry attempted numerous times to contact the Nardone families over the years without luck.

If anyone has information on Harry Nardone, please call Jerry Pace at 457-7766
