Old Forge Elementary PTA conducts clothing drive

The Old Forge Elementary PTA will conduct a “Fall Clothing Drive” (School District dress code compliant items and winter coats) on Thursday, Nov. 19 and Friday, Nov. 20 from 1-3 p.m. in the Elementary and High School lobbies. New and gently used items should be in good, wearable condition.

Forms will be sent home with Elementary children and will also be available in the lobby on drop-off days. PTA Members will receive PTA ‘points’ for their donations. 1-9 items = 1 point, 10 or more = 2 points. Points are given per drop/per family. The district is in great need of larger sizes.

High School parents are encouraged to drop off their donations in the High School or Elementary lobbies during Parent/Teacher conferences on the Nov. 19-20. Contact Paula Welsh at 878-1111 or Laura Tisdel at 562-1061 for more information.
