Saint Peter’s Lutheran Church, Rock Street Hughestown, will once again have the poppy seed and nut roll sale for the holiday season.
Donation is $7.50. Pick up date is November 23 from 12 to 4 p.m. in the Church Hall.

Lokuta’s contract for repairs to the furnace at the borough building has been renewed.
Grass clipping will not be collected until the spring season.
The Hughestown Lions Club will hold their annual Halloween parade and party today, Sunday, October 25, beginning at 1:00 p.m. The parade will begin in St. Peter’s Lutheran Church parking lot and proceed to the pavilion. Two bicycles will be given away for best costume, along with other prizes.
There will be refreshments and candy for all. Everyone is invited to attend.
