Dolores M. Putera

Dolores M. Yatsko Putera, a resident at Lakeside Nursing Center, Harveys Lake for the past five years, died November 5, 2009.

Born in Swoyersville on October 10, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Steven and Mary Rusinko Adamshock Adamchick. She attended Swoyersville schools and was employed as a seamstress in the area garment factories. She was a member of the ILGWU, the Ladies Auxiliary, Post No. 644, Swoyersville; The Maltby Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary, Swoyersville; and the Edwardsville No. 1 Hose Co. Ladies Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward V. Yatsko; brother Thomas Adamchick; sisters Helen Perhach and Marie Healey.

Surviving are her daughter, Carol Fronczkiewicz, Forty Fort; sons Edward J. Yatsko and his wife, Kim, of Georgia; David P. Yatsko and his wife, Donna, Sweet Valley; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brothers Richard Adamchick, Trucksville, and Steven Adamchick, Dupont; nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to share memories of Dolores from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Hugh B. Hughes and Son Inc. Funeral Home, 1044 Wyoming Ave., Forty Fort. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
