Lawrence R. Redmond, 55, of Wilkes-Barre, died November 6, 2009, at home.

He was a son of Phyllis Dovin Redmond, West Pittston, and the late Donald Redmond. He was employed by Offset Paperback in Dallas.

He is also survived by his wife, the former Anne Marie Soska; children, Richard, Mary Ann and Jessica, at home; grandchildren, Andrea, Katelyn and Anika; stepson, Richard Stoss and his wife, Heather, of Dallas; brother Harry Redmond, West Pittston; sister, Phyllis Simko and her husband, Ronald, Tunkhannock; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were Nov. 9 from the Bednarski Funeral Home, Wyoming, with the Rev. Dr. Gordon E. Weightman of the United Methodist Church, officiating.
