Leonard E. Stone Jr. of Pittston died October 28, 2009.

He was born in Wilkes-Barre, Aug. 12, 1957, son of Leonard Stone and wife Linda; and Loretta Stone. He was a graduate of Nanticoke High School, Class of 1975, where he was an avid runner. He attended West Chester University. He was employed at MotorWorld until recently due to his illness.

Preceding him in death was a brother, Jeffrey.

Surviving, in addition to his parents, are a son, Shawn Stone, and daughter, Melissa Stone, both of Exeter; granddaughter Isabella Falzone; brothers John and his wife, Lori; James and his wife, Chris; Steven and his wife, Barbara; Michael and his wife, Jennifer; and Christopher and his wife, Jennifer; his fiancee, Theresa Fedele; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
