Ralph Redmond

Ralph Redmond, 39, of Clifton Township, died February 2, 2010, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born February 10, 1970, in Pittston, he was a son of the late Ralph Redmond and Bertha Smink Redmond of Harding. His wife, the former Sandra Savakinas, resides at home. He attended Wyoming Area High School and graduated from Penn State University. He was a fruit and vegetable inspector for the USDA. He was an assistant coach for North Pocono Dandelion Little League and North Pocono Youth Soccer League.

He is survived by sons Zachary and David Redmond, at home; daughter Abigail Redmond, at home; sisters Donna and husband Hugo Murazzi, Pittston Township, and Maryann Bartoli, Falls.

Private funeral service held at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Graziano Funeral Home, Pittston Township. In lieu of flowers, an account will be set up at PNC Bank for his children’s education.
