Robert B. Ostrowski

November 11, 2009

Robert B. Ostrowski, 66, Kingston, died November 11, 2009, at Hospice of the VNA at Heritage House, Wilkes-Barre.

Born in Pittston on January 6, 1943, he was a son of the late Joseph Sr. and Amelia Keivak Ostrowski. He was a graduate of Pittston Township High School.

A sister, Amelia Miller, and two brothers, Joseph Jr. and Albert J. Ostrowski, preceded him in death.

He is survived by son Robert B. Jr., Wilkes-Barre; sisters, Shirley Darsky, Jenkins Township, Madelyn Rush, Wilkes-Barre, Joan Orechovsky, Binghamton, NY, and Evelyn Falchek, Plains Township; and nieces and nephews.

A prayer service was held Nov. 12 at the Kniffen O’Malley Funeral Home, Avoca. Private interment SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Moosic.
