Rosalie Bone

Rosalie Bone, 71, of Exeter, died October 30, 2009, surrounded by her family at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, Philadelphia.

Born on December 3, 1937, in New York City, she was a daughter to the late John and Ann Sabach Roveria. She was a member of St. Cecilia’s Church, Exeter.

She is survived by her husband, James, with whom she would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on July 4, 2010; daughter, Rose Ann Widdick and her husband, John, of Exeter; sons, James Jr. and his wife, Mary, of Exeter, and Patrick and his wife, Georgia, of Exeter; daughter, Marie Cumbo and her husband, Joseph, of West Wyoming; grandchildren, Kathleen, Meaghan, Kelly and Jennifer Bone; Patrick J. and Christopher Bone; Nicole, Bryan and Joshua Cumbo; Jennifer Gronka and John Widdick; and her beloved puppy, Cooper.

The funeral was Nov. 3 from the Bednarski Funeral Home, Wyoming, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Cecilia’s Church, Exeter. Interment Denison Cemetery, Swoyersville.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 63 N. Franklin Street, Wilkes-Barre, 18701.
