Martini zucchini a rare one

Albert Martini Sr., of Exeter, stopped by the Sunday Dispatch with an unusual zucchini he grew in his backyard garden.

Office manager Judy Minsavage snapped this photo of Martini with his prize.

One might say the zucchini resembles the space shuttle at launching.

Some staff members thought the rare zucchini resembled a pair of lips. What do you think?

Martini, who said he purchased the vegetable seeds in New Jersey, said he was mighty surprised to find the unusual zucchini in his garden.

So surprised was he, that we are tempted to claim this Martini was perhaps left shaken, and maybe even stirred.
