LCCC to hold showing of ‘Consuming Kids’

The Early Childhood Education program at Luzerne County Community College will hold a movie screening on Monday, November 16, at 6 p.m., at the College’s Educational Conference Center. The film, “Consuming Kids: The Commercialization of Childhood” will discuss the effects of commercialism on children. The movie screening is being held in cooperation with The Campaign for a Commercial-Free Childhood.

The event is free and open to the public.
