Spanish teacher Christine Marianacci and history teacher Barbara Bullions are planning a trip to Spain for July 2010. The tour will visit Madrid, Seville, Cordoba, Costa del Sol, Granada, Valencia, and Barcelona. There will also be a full day excursion across the Strait of Gibraltar to Morocco. This will be Mrs. Bullions’s fourth trip with EF Educational Tours. Previous students have traveled to England, Paris, and Italy. Anyone interested in this tour should attend an informational meeting at Wyoming Area High School on Thursday, November 12th at 7:30 pm. or call 655-2836 x 2180.
Tuesday, November 10: No school for students. Report Card distribution and parent/teacher conferences will be from 12 noon to 4:30 and 5 to 7p.m.
Wednesday, November 11: School is closed in observance of Veterans’ Day.
Saturday, November 14: WAESPA meeting will be in the cafeteria at 10 a.m.

Wyoming Area Marching Band will be performing in the Outback Bowl in Tampa, FL over Christmas Break. They are currently selling myparentsrewards cards for $20. See band members or myparentsrewards.com for more info.

The deadline for the Senior Pictures to be in for Yearbook is past due. Please get your picture to Mrs. Lynch ASAP.
Sam Eramo lives in Exeter. He is the son of Sam and Sandy Eramo. Sam participates in SADD/TATU and student council. He is a wide receiver on the football team and he plays first base and outfield for the baseball team. Sam’s interests include watching movies, listening to music, and hanging out with his friends. His favorite subject is history. Sam’s most memorable moment is catching his first touchdown pass against Coughlin last year. His role model is his father because he taught him the value of hard work and determination.
Kelly Klaproth lives in Exeter and is the daughter of David and Michelle Klaproth. Kelly participates in SADD/TATU, Key Club, gifted, chess club, and National Honors Society. Her interests are the piano and hanging out with friends. Her favorite subjects are biology and organic chemistry. Kelly will be going into the medical field after graduating high school. Kelly’s father is her role model because he would give anything in his life to make his family happy even if it means he isn’t.
Kevin Zielinski lives in West Wyoming. He is the son of Sharon and Dave Zielinski. Kevin goes by the nickname "Fuzzy." He plays baseball, soccer and golf. Kevin works at Price Chopper in Wyoming. His interests include riding quads, dirt biking, and going hunting. His favorite subjects are Math and History. Kevin plans to major in Automatic Technology. Kevin’s role model is his father. Three words to describe him are fFun, loving, and friendly.
Lauren Mazzitelli lives in West Wyoming. She is the daughter of Paul and Helen Mazzitelli. Lauren is the treasurer of Student Council. She has played soccer since seventh grade. Lauren’s favorite subject is nuclear and organic chemistry. She plans to attend the University of Pittsburgh and major in a science. A role model in Lauren’s life is her older sister, Sara.
