48th Anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Anthony J. Hassey of West Pittston celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary on Wednesday, February 4. Mrs. Hassey is the former Grace Bufalino of Pittston.

They were married in St. Rocco’s Roman Catholic Church by the late Rev. Julio Serra and the late Chor-Bishop David El-Mouellum. They were attended by Matron of honor Mary Jo Dileo and best man the late Fred Hassey. Bridesmaids were the late Margaret Bufalino and the late Viola Salio. Ringbearer was Joseph Bufalino, Sr.,

They have two sons, Attorney Raymond Hassey and his wife Judy and Doctor Joseph Hassey and his wife Kelly. They have eight grandchildren, Anthony, Raymond, Avery and Kaelyn children of Attorney Raymond and Judy Hassey and Joseph, Justin, Christian and Emily Rose, children of Doctor Joseph and Kelly Hassey.
