PD Anniversaries

Daniel and Lenore Buttafogo were married on September 12, 1959 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Pittston, Pa. Lenore, formerly Lenore Taroli of Pittston, Pa and daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Taroli of Pittston, and Daniel, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Dante Buttafogo of Milltown, NJ, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a party for family and friends on September 12, 2009, at the Woodlands, Wilkes-Barre, PA.

The wedding party attendants were Nadine Naples, cousin of the groom, Carol Casciani and Janet Pega Marranca, cousins of the bride and the late Robert Buck, friend of the groom. Joseph Buttafogo, brother of the groom and Gerald Taroli, brother of the bride.

Daniel and Lenore now reside in Flemington, NJ and have four children: Danny and Dottie Buttafogo of Kennett Square, Pa; Ron Buttafogo of Morris Plains, NJ; Rick Buttafogo of West Paterson, NJ and Linda Buttafogo of Bridgewater, NJ and three grandchildren, Danny III, Bobby and Jimmy Buttafogo.
