PD Anniversaries

Mr. and Mrs. James H. Ide will celebrate their 50th anniversary on October 6. They were married by the Rev. Harry Smithson Henck. Their attendants were Howard and Ann Ide of Exeter. Ida is the daughter of the late John and Anna Ralston of Pittston.

Ida worked as an x-ray tech at Intermountain Medical Group for 18 years. Jim is the son of the late Howard and Florence Ide of Exeter. Jim owned and operated Action TV Service for 32 years, along with his wife Ida. They were blessed with four children, Tammy, Leesburg Georgia; Cheryl married to John Tigue of West Wyoming; Jimmy married to Joy Dixon of Exeter and Donald of Forty-Fort. They were also blessed with six grandsons, John, Michael and Christopher Tigue, West Wyoming and James, Robert and Joseph Ide, Exeter.

A family celebration was held at the East Mountain Inn and Suites to mark the occasion. The couple is going to Cove Haven in the Pocono’s for a getaway.
