PD Anniversaries

Mr. and Mrs. George Sulger, Old Forge, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on October 10, 2009. They were married in St. Anthony’s Church, Exeter, Pa. Their best man was Paul Holloman and the maid of honor was Betty May Harrison.

Mrs. Sulger is the former Evelyn Ciampi, daughter of the late Joseph and Carmella Ciampi Manzo, West Pittston. She is retired from Leslie Fay. Mr. Sulger is the son of the late George and Gladys Sulger, Ashley. He is retired from the U.S. Air Force and Tobyhanna Army Depot.

Mr. and Mrs. Sulger have two daughters, Laura Wozniak and husband, John, Center Moreland and Dawn Holena and husband, Mike, Kingston. They have three grandchildren that are their pride and joy, John Michael and Jessica Tomsak and Nicole Holena.

The Sulgers will celebrate this joyous occasion with a family dinner.
