Five Tobyhanna employees were recognized for their years of government service during the Sept. 16 Length of Service Ceremony.
Anthony Medici, a resident of Scranton, 40 years, visual information specialist, Administrative Support Division, Information Management Directorate.
Bonnie Hibbard, a resident of Madison Township, 35 years, electronics mechanic, Tactical Communications Division, Communications Systems Directorate.
John Labar, a resident of Pittston, 30 years, electronic integrated systems mechanic, Command, Control and Computers (C3) Systems Division, C3/Avionics Directorate.
Eugene Shields, a resident of Scranton, 30 years, tools and parts attendant, Materiel Management Division, Production Management Directorate.
Wayne Croft, a resident of Greentown, 30 years, electronic integrated systems mechanic, C3 Division, C3/Avionics Directorate.
In addition to service certificates and pins, employees with 40 years of service receive a gold watch and crystal eagle statue, those with 35 years receive an engraved mantel clock, and 30-year honorees receive a framed American Flag that includes a photo of the depot.
Honorees who attend their Length of Service Ceremony also receive a four-hour time-off award. Depot Deputy Commander Frank Zardecki presented the awards.
