Announcement is made of the engagement and upcoming marriage of Heather M. Pesotini, Crofton, Maryland to Jared M. Mattick, Crofton, Maryland.

Heather is the daughter of Ronald D. Pesotini Jr., Pittston Township and Donna Saylor, Dupont. She is the granddaughter of Mrs.. Marguerite Saylor and the late Mr. Merle Saylor, Tunkhannock and Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Pesotini Sr., Moscow.

Jared is the son of Beverly Mattick, Wilkes-Barre and Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Mattick, Wilkes-Barre. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Kotar, Wilkes-Barre and the late Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Mattick, Wilkes-Barre.

The bride-to-be is a 1995 graduate of Western Wayne High School and a 1997 graduate of Empire Beauty School. She is currently employed as a school secretary for Davidsonville Elementary School in the Anne Arundel County Public Schools, Annapolis, Maryland.

The groom-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Coughlin High School and a 2005 graduate of Luzerne County Community College with an Associates degree in Electronics Engineering. He is also a 2008 graduate of Capitol College, Laurel, Maryland with a degree in Astronautical Engineering. He is currently employed as a Systems Engineer for Honeywell at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, Greenbelt, Maryland.

The wedding is set for May 30, 2009.
