PD Engagements

Mr. and Mrs. Jack Connors of Old Forge and Mr. Dino Darbenzio of Dunmore announce the engagement of their daughter, Davina Maria Darbenzio to Mark Joseph Sims, son of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Sims of Warrior Run.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Rosalie Serafin, Old Forge and the late Bernard Serafin and the late Mr. and Mrs. Liberty Darbenzio. The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Walter Seferyn and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Sims.

Davina is a graduate of Old Forge High School. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Penn State University. She is employed as a Client Service Partner with Cigna Health Care, Moosic.

Mark is a graduate of Hanover High School. He is employed as an electrician with IBEW Local 163.

The couple will be united in marriage on September 26 at St. Ann’s Basilica in Scranton.
