Car to be raffled at Mount Carmel

The annual summer picnic of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Pittston, will be held July 10, 11, and 12. Men are needed to put up the stands on Monday, July 6, starting at 6 p.m. Bring your own hammer and drill

Ladies and men are needed for kitchen work on Friday morning July 10. Youth and men are needed to bring out tables and chairs and accessories on Tuesday, July 7. Donated items should arrive no later than Thursday, July 9 at 5 p.m

In conjunction with the bazaar a 2009 Chevy Malibu or $20,0000 in cash will be raffled off on the final night. Tickets are $20.00 each and there are only 2000 tickets to be sold. Anyone wishing to purchase, can do so by contacting the rectory or at the bazaar.
