Joy Christina Tetlak and Mark Adelstein were united in marriage July 19, 2009 at Cherry Valley Vineyards, Saylorsburg, District Justice Fred A. Pierantoni performed the ceremony.

Mr. and Mrs. Mark Adelstein
The bride is the daughter of John and Marion Tetlak of Dupont. She is the granddaughter of Ann Tetlak, Dupont; the late John Tetlak; and the late Samuel and Carmella Monteforte.
The groom is the son of Sheldon Adelstein, Valrico, Florida and Margaret Hodin, Clarks Summit. He is the grandson of the late Murray and Elsie Adelstein and the late John and Susan Evans.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose Jill Adelstein, sister of the groom, as matron of honor. The groom chose Jesse Tetlak, brother of the bride, as best man. Ring bearers were Christian Wasko and Frankie Tetlak, nephews of the bride.
A bridal shower was hosted by Judy Mischello, aunt and godmother of the bride, at the home of Mary Rose Fumanti. A rehearsal dinner was hosted by Margaret Hodin, mother of the groom at Anthony’s, Old Forge. Cocktail hour and reception were held at Cherry Valley Vineyards, Saylorsburg.
The bride earned her Bachelor’s degree in nutrition from Penn State University and her Master of Business Administration degree from Drexel University. She is employed by Roche, Nutley, New Jersey, as a senior study analyst with pharmaceutical development operations.
The groom earned his Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Penn State University. He is employed by PNC Bank, Scranton, as a vice president, workplace banking manager in the Northeastern Pennsylvania/Northern New Jersey market.
Following a honeymoon to Napa Valley, California, the couple resides in Dickson City.
