WA football parents meeting Thursday PA Ski Club forming

Wyoming Area Football Parents Association is meeting Thursday, November 19 at 7 p.m. at the high school. Anyone interested in holding a position on the board should be in attendance for second nominations. Board members must be card holding members of the association. Membership fee is $5. Parents of players from grades 7th-12th are urged to attend. Anyone with any questions, feel free to call JoAnne at 212-0038.

Meet the Warrior grapplers Nov. 29

Wyoming Area Wrestling will be holding our annual "Meet the Warriors" on Sunday, November 29 at 1 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. Parents and wrestlers from elementary through high school should attend.

The Hughestown Sports Club is meeting on today, Sunday, November 15 at 2:30 p.m. at Granteed’s Tavern, 247 Parsonage St., Hughestown.

The WA Field Hockey Parents Association’s year-end banquet is set for Sunday, Nov 22 at Fox Hill Country Club. Please follow the Fox Hill Dress code (jeans are not allowed). The Wyoming Area Cheerleader Parent Association will hold their monthly meeting on Thursday, November 19 at 6:30 p.m. at Sabatini’s Pizza. All parents are encouraged to attend.

A mandatory meeting for parents of the Greater Pittston YMCA Piranhas Swim Team will be held on Monday, November 16, 2009 at 7 p.m. at the YMCA at 10 North Main St., Pittston.
