Rotary Club of the Abingtons recently presented a $500 donation to the 6th annual Clarks Summit Festival of Ice “Ice Under the Big Top.” The festival is an annual free gift to the community organized by the Abington Business and Professional Association and will take place over President’s weekend Feb.11 to 15. Welcome the “Ice Under the Big Top” to town Thursday, Feb. 11 at 7 p.m. The parade will travel from the Clarks Summit Elementary School to State Street and end at the Clarks Summit Borough building. Enjoy live ice carving, clowns, fire trucks, juggling and more courtesy of Parade Grand Marshal Citizens Savings Bank.
