His parents are Laurie and Billy Fiegleman and his Scoutmaster is Mike Minello. Matt is currently serving as a Patrol Leader in his troop, which consists of 35 boys. His Eagle Project had to be approved first by the school board, then by Scout House in Moosic before work could begin. The first phase of his project was Sunday, Nov. 1, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. There were nine boys in attendance and three adults. The second phase of the project will be Sunday, Nov. 8, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will involve painting the railing white, sanding the wooden seats and replacing the wood on the seats that are in bad shape.
