U of S professor recruiting subjects

Volunteers are needed for a study on body chemistry, measuring the effect of consuming one medium potato at lunch and dinner. Volunteers must be between 18 and 65 and have elevated blood pressure, but not be taking prescription drugs, supplements or vitamins. Participants will be paid $50 and require dietary restriction, three visits (about 30 minutes each) to The University of Scranton Exercise Science Department and three sessions (about 20 minutes each) to Pennant Labs in Dunmore for blood drawings.
