SCRANTON — FBI reports of interviews with correctional officers working the night when their colleague, Eric Williams of Nanticoke, was fatally stabbed inside a federal prison in Wayne County say a large makeshift Plexiglas knife was found in the inmate’s cell.The reports, called 302 forms, were filed Wednesday by attorneys defending Jessie Con-Ui.Con-Ui, 37, was indicted by a federal grand jury in June 2013 charging him with killing Williams, 34.The indictment alleges Con-Ui killed Williams on Feb. 25, 2013, in a premeditated attack at the Canaan Federal Correction Complex near Waymart. According to the indictment, Con-Ui stabbed Williams with a sharpened weapon and struck him repeatedly.
