Hazleton to host electronics recycling event for 11 municipalities

HAZLETON — Mayor Joseph Yannuzzi on Friday announced that the city will host a “free” Electronic Recycling Day next month for residents and businesses of the city and 10 other nearby municipalities.The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 2, at Brenner Recycling in the city. The entrance to the drop-off site is on Buttonwood Street, just west of Wyoming Street.
