PLAINS TWP. — A man from Lackawanna County was charged with pushing a state police trooper and threatening security at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs casino early Friday morning.State police Gaming Enforcement Unit charged Patrick Edward Cherkoski, 55, of Moscow, with simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment.
