WILKES-BARRE — City police arrested a man at the Luzerne County Courthouse Friday morning charging him with raping a child earlier this year.William Charles Wunner, 28, of Moyallen Street, Wilkes-Barre, was at the courthouse for a pre-trial hearing on charges he purchased a 2013 Dodge Durango for $37,821 and a 2014 Dodge Caravan for $26,906 at Motorworld issuing checks that had insufficient funds, according to police and court records.
