HAWLEY — Jillian Alderfer scored an unassisted goal with less than two minutes remaining in regulation to give Wallenpaupack a 1-0 win over Delaware Valley on Wednesday.
The Buckhorns held the Warriors to just three shots, with Heather Michael earning the shutout.
Brianna Kody made eight saves in net for Delaware Valley.

Brianna Evans got the Spartans started early with a goal in the match’s first minute and they never looked back. Kelcie Hromisin, who had the assist on that tally, added a goal in the first half as the Spartans opened a 4-0 lead at the break.
Katie McGarry had a goal and two assists for Valley West, while Evans chipped in a second-half goal and so did Amanda Harris.
Kelsey Keefer netted the fourth goal of the first half.
