TAMPA BAY LIGHTNING—Recalled D Mike Lundin and D Matt Smaby from Norfolk (AHL).

VANCOUVER CANUCKS—Assigned F Matt Pettinger to Manitoba (AHL).

ECHL

ECHL—Suspended Charlotte D T.J. Reynolds for one game and fined him an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in a Nov. 20 game against Johnstown.

ELMIRA JACKALS—Announced F Matt Lowry and D Mat Robinson have been assigned to the team by Binghamton (AHL). Announced F Tim Spencer was recalled by Binghamton.
