Boys Basketball: Dallas rolls past Lake-Lehman

Brody Strickland scored nine of his 11 points in the first quarter as Dallas took control early to defeat Lake-Lehman 66-29 in a Wyoming Valley Conference boys basketball game.

Alex Charlton paced Dallas with 13 points. The Mountaineers led 20-9 after the initial eight minutes.

C.J. Cercone and Max Paczewski scored nine points each to lead Lehman.

Wyoming Area 70, Mountain View 23

Sam Greenfield scored 25 points as Wyoming Area routed host Mountain View.

Matt Wright had 14 and Aaron Zezza added 12 for the Warriors, who led 29-8 at halftime.

MMI Prep 60, Weatherly 52

MMI Prep center Philip Byriel scored a game-high 27 points as the Preppers picked up a road win.

Matt Marchetti added 12 and Marcus Kassick had 11 for MMI.

Gabe Miller scored 16 to pace Weatherly.
