Dimitri Gnall scored a game-high 30 points as Wyoming Seminary defeated Tunkhannock 55-40 Tuesday night in a Wyoming Valley Conference boys basketball interdivisional game.

Gnall had 18 points in the first half as the Blue Knights took a 25-14 lead at the break. He was the only player on either team to finish in double digits.

Nick Reposa and Evan Turner scored nine each for Tunkhannock.

GAR 50, Northwest 38

The Grenadiers outscored Northwest 17-4 in the third quarter to ease away for a victory.

Anthony Hawk led GAR with 14 followed by Will Johnson with 13.

Northwest’s Jaxson Yaple led all scorers with 16 points. Sam Saxe added 11.

Wyoming Area 47, MMI Prep 36

Sam Greenfield had 20 points and Justin Alder netted 13 to pace Wyoming Area past MMI Prep.

Matt Marchetti scored a game-high 23 for MMI. George Palmero added 11.

Hanover Area 56, Meyers 46

Hanover Area placed three players in double figures in its win against Meyers.

Tyler Thomas had 18, Asad Whitehead had 14 and Desmond Cannon added 13 for the Hawkeyes.

Jawane Buckner scored 19 for Meyers. Kendell Brewster added 12.

Hazleton Area 89, Pittston Area 37

Hazleton Area continued to roll through the season undefeated as six Cougars reached double figures.

Josh Samec led the way with 12. Jeffery Planutis and Joe Grula scored 11 apiece. Da’Mir Faison, Jecxander Moranta and Alex D’Angelo all had 10.

Brian Miller scored seven for Pittston Area.

Crestwood 54, Wyo. Valley West 50

Mike Palmiero and Ryan Petrosky scored 13 points each as the Comets held off Wyoming Valley West.

Camden Boris tossed in 11 for Crestwood.

Wyoming Valley West’s Draig Ruff scored 25.

Berwick 61, Lake-Lehman 33

Alec Markle scored 18 points, Ken Marshman scored 13 and Damon Beckhorn added 11 as Berwick rolled past Lake-Lehman.

Max Paczewski led Lehman with 16. C.J. Cercone added eight.

Dallas 72, Coughlin 31

Alex Charlton scored all 14 of his points in the first half as Dallas routed Coughlin.

Joey Parsons added 11 for the Mountaineers, who led 42-11 at halftime.

Tony Egidio scored nine and Aaron Bennett had seven for Coughlin.

Holy Redeemer 42, Nanticoke Area 27

Nick Prociak and Collin Cook scored 12 points each and the Royals held Nanticoke Area to its lowest point total of the season.

J.D. Turosky added 10 for Redeemer.
