PLAINS TOWNSHIP -- District Judge Donald Whittaker arraigned William Allabaugh inside Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center today on charges he killed a man and critically injured another.
State police at Wyoming allege Allabaugh, 25, Plymouth, killed Scott Luzetsky, 39, of Edwardsville, and critically injured Stephen Hollman, 29, of Plymouth, at Bonnie's Bar early Sunday morning.
Allabaugh is charged with criminal homicide and criminal attempt to commit homicide.
Allabaugh was shot outside the bar by Mark Ktytor, 35, of Plymouth, who state police said had a permit to carry a concealed weapon.
Allabaugh underwent three surgeries at Geisinger and became responsive Tuesday night, said a family member.
