Area attorneys participate in legal educational conference

Area attorneys recently participated in a legal educational conference sponsored by the Luzerne County Juvenile Justice Task Force and the Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association, the bar association of Luzerne County. The course, entitled ‘Juvenile Justice: Navigating the System,' featured presentations on juvenile law by the Court of Common Pleas, the district attorney's office, public defender, Family Services, the County Department of Probation Services and the Center for Juvenile Justice.
