Employees from First National Community Bank recently donated 68 pints of blood and raised almost $500 for the American Red Cross through a bank-wide community project. The blood drive and fundraiser was the product of the bank's Emerging Leaders Program, a year-long professional development course coordinated by Wilkes-University which focuses on developing leadership skills and teamwork. At the check presentation, from left: Frank Kost, retail systems analyst; Jeff Cosmark, assistant manager, Daleville; Carmon Flynn, executive director, American Red Cross; Tiffany Bator, compliance assistant III; and JoAnn Kotlowski, assistant manager, Hanover Township.
