Becker, Konetski

Dina Theresa Konetski and Robert Joseph Becker, together with their parents, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Carl and Mary Ellen Konetski, Hanover Township. She is the granddaughter of Charles and Helene Loftus, Wilkes-Barre, and Carl and Louise Konetski, Sugar Notch.

Dina is a 2005 graduate of Bishop Hoban High School. She attended West Chester University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in chemistry and biology in 2009. She attends Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and will graduate in May 2013.

The prospective groom is the son of Robert and Marlene Becker, West Deptford, N.J. He is the grandson of Robert and Georgene Becker, Ewan, N.J.; Marie Snyder, Franklinville, N.J.; and Joseph and Marlene Hee, Woodbury Heights, N.J.

Robert is a 2005 graduate of West Deptford High School. He attended West Chester University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2011. He is pursuing his master's degree in exercise and sport physiology. He is employed by Kinetic Physical Therapy.

The couple will exchange vows April 6, 2013, at St. Nicholas Church, Wilkes-Barre.
