Saturday about the health care savings proposal presented to Wilkes-Barre City Council should have stated that salaries for the 11 city firefighters laid off in December are included in the 2013 budget.

Drew McLaughlin, administrative coordinator for the city, said, We are simply monitoring available revenues to determine a prudent time to reinstate them, but their salaries are included in this year's budget.
