Curry & Powlus Quarterback Skills Camp will be held Saturday, May 25, at Crispin Field in Berwick for boys age 9 through graduating seniors. It will be under the direction of Berwick football coach George Curry and Ron Powlus Sr., a 30-year coaching veteran. Lackawanna College Baseball, along with the Graham Academy, will conduct its fourth annual free baseball clinic for the autism and special needs community, ages five through seventeen. This event is on Saturday, Feb. 2 at the Graham Academy's Luzerne Campus, 469 Miller Street, Luzerne. It will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The clinic consists of pitching drills, a home run derby and other skill and fun happenings. The emphasis is on providing a fun and exciting experience for all involved.
