Charles A. Long, son of Arthur and Mary Ann Long, Wilkes-Barre, is celebrating his 16th birthday today, Sept. 8. Charles is a grandson of Norman and Margaret Kopiak, Wilkes-Barre, and the late Arthur and Mary Long. He has two brothers, David, 18, Arthur, 10.
