Colonel Frank Noonan, commissioner of the Pennsylvania State Police, recently spoke to the students in the law enforcement/police science program at West Side Career and Technology Center, Pringle. His presentation included information on law enforcement in today's society and how to prepare for a career in law enforcement. A question-and-answer period was held after the presentation. Noonan received a judicial gavel from the students as a token of appreciation.
