Cooper, Oâ??Connor

Donna and Roger O'Connor, Tampa, Fla., announce the engagement of their daughter, Carolyn Colleen O'Connor, to Francis Andrew Cooper.

Carolyn, originally from Marshalls Creek, Pa., lived in Luzerne County, where she graduated from Wyoming Valley West High School in 2004. She is a floor support representative with Convergys and majors in psychology with a concentration in substance abuse at Argosy University.

Francis is a Saskatchewan, Canada native and is an electrician with Magna Electric and attends school for his journeyman with Siast.

Both share a home in the Tampa Bay Area.

The two will gather with family and friends to tie the knot on July 6, 2013, in Treasure Island, Fla.
