Cornia, Granteed

Jessica Granteed and Brian Cornia, together with their families, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Matthew and Jean Granteed, West Wyoming. She is the granddaughter of George Chronowski and the late Barbara Chronowski and Mary Granteed and the late Joseph Granteed, all of West Wyoming.

The prospective groom is the son of Keith and Luz Cornia, Jackson Township. He is the grandson of Patricia Cornia and the late William Cornia, Mays Landing, N.J., and the late Rosa and Efrain Pulido, Colombia.

Jessica is a 2004 graduate of Wyoming Area High School. She graduated with an associate's degree in business administration from Luzerne County Community College.

Brian is a 2003 graduate of Lake-Lehman High School. He graduated from his five-year apprentice program in 2009 and is a member of the Wilkes-Barre Electrical Union IBEW Local 163.

The couple will exchange vows on Aug. 31, 2013, at Our Lady of St. Monica Church, West Wyoming.
