Richard D. Padula, Clarks Summit, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Loan Originator Supervisor. Padula has been with FNCB for 20 years, including the last 10 years in the mortgage loan division. He is a graduate of the University of Scranton where he received a bachelor's degree in business.
Lois Ann Miller, Pittston Township, has been promoted to Business Development Specialist. Miller joined FNCB in 2008 as a customer service representative. Previously, she had more than seven years of experience in the financial services industry. She attended Luzerne County Community College.
Patrick Ehnot, Dunmore, has been promoted to Electronic Banking Coordinator. Ehnot joined FNCB in 2009 and held the position of operations support analyst. Previously, he was a mortgage originator at First Sunrise Mortgage. He is a graduate of the University of Scranton where he received a bachelor's degree in finance.
Patrick Muth, Nanticoke, has been promoted to Credit Analyst I. Muth joined FNCB in September, 2011 as an accounting clerk. He is a graduate of King's College where he received a bachelor's degree in accounting and a minor in finance and business administration.
Raymond J. Fox, CPA, has joined Fidelity of Fidelity D&D Bancorp as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. Fox's professional experience includes serving working as an adjunct professor of accounting at the University of Scranton and as a financial planning and analysis manager for an international aerospace company. Fox earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and a bachelor's in English from King's College. He earned a master's in taxation from Villanova University. He lives in Roaring Brook Township.
