The Coaches: Coughlin's Ciro Cinti (37-32, 7th year); Dallas' Bob Zaruta (0-3, 1st year)
Last Meeting: Dallas 28-14 in 2011
All-Time Series: Dallas leads 18-10
Quick Fact: Dallas has won 16 of the last 17 meetings.
Scouting Coughlin: After posting consecutive shutouts, Coughlin went down to the wire vs. Western Wayne. Hunter Bednarczyk's 25-yard field goal with 15 seconds left gave the Crusaders a 31-28 win.
RB Zac Evans rushed for 215 yards and four TDs, topping a career-high 211 set in the season opener. QB Tim Pilch ran for 70 more. The offense is conservative, rushing 148 times and passing 21 times.
The defense will be facing its first opponent with a strong passing attack.
Scouting Dallas: The Mountaineers trailed Berwick 21-14 with two minutes left in the first half. They ended up losing 50-14 for their fourth consecutive loss. They are off to their worst start since losing six in a row to start the 2008 season when they finished 2-8.
The sack total for QB Ryan Zapoticky continued to climb. It's now at 16 through three games. RB Kris Roccograndi had 84 yards vs. Berwick, but 58 came on one run.
What To Expect: Dallas just isn't playing well while Coughlin is. Those roles could reverse since the Mounts have dominated the series recently.
