The Coaches: Crestwood's Greg Myers (48-45, 7th year); Williamsport's Kevin Choate (0-8, 1st year)
Last Meeting: Crestwood 40-20 in 2011
All-Time Series: Williamsport leads 3-1
Quick Fact: Williamsport's 10-game losing streak started with the loss to Crestwood last year.
Scouting Crestwood: The Comets had their six-game winning streak halted by Dallas 35-12 on Saturday. They hit for one big play – a TD pass from Jay Popson to Kota Kishel – but for the most part the offense struggled. Kishel, though, recorded his fourth 100-yard receiving game. He has caught TD passes in the last five games.
On defense, Crestwood missed too many tackles that allowed Dallas to seize control. The Comets allowed 235 yards rushing, their worst effort since week 2 versus North Pocono.
Scouting Williamsport: The Millionaires lost their 10th in a row with a 35-14 setback at Tunkhannock last Friday. RB Devin Miller had a big first half, rushing for 159 yards, but had just 41 after the break.
Williamsport isn't helping itself with turnovers, either. The Millionaires have made 10 in the last three games after having 12 through the first five. The defense has allowed over 400 yards in each of the last two games.
What To Expect: Crestwood should bounce back, but opponents with losing records have given the Comets trouble at times this season.
