Dallas (5-3) at Tunkhannock (2-6)

7 p.m.

The Coaches: Dallas' Bob Zaruta (5-3, 1st year); Tunkhannock's Rod Azar (3-15, 2nd year)

Last Meeting: Dallas 42-14 in 2011

All-Time Series: Dallas leads 14-8-1

Quick Fact: Dallas won all 14 games in the series in which it scored at least 15 points.

Scouting Dallas: The Mountaineers have won five in a row and are playing very well on both sides of the ball. That showed in their 35-12 victory over Crestwood last Saturday.

QB Ryan Zapoticky used his legs and elusiveness to rush for 127 yards and two TDs. RB Kris Roccograndi continues to find the end zone and has scored five touchdowns in the last two games. On defense, DE Jason Simonovich and DT Buddy Shutlock led a pass rush that recorded four sacks.

Scouting Tunkhannock: The Tigers picked up their second win of the year, defeating Williamsport 35-14 last Friday. They never trailed in the game and broke a 14-14 tie on a TD catch by Josh Colley. Colley finished with a career-high 157 receiving yards.

The running game topped 200 yards for the first time this season, with freshman RB Ryan Cwynski leading the way with 88 yards. The defense was a bit shaky in the first two quarters, but clamped down after halftime.

What To Expect: Dallas is playing as good as any team in the WVC and it's hard to see that coming to a halt tonight.
