Dave Thomas Foundation receives donation

Wilkes-Barre Racing recently donated $5,000 to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. Money for the donation came from athletes and sponsors of the Wendy's Wonderful Kids Family Fitness Festival held every Labor Day weekend on the River Commons in downtown Wilkes-Barre. The money will be used to help the foundation sponsor adoption recruitment and outreach at the Children's Service Center of Wyoming Valley.
