Deer, Gardner

Miss Georgeina Rae Deer and Mr. Christopher John Gardner were married on Aug. 28, 2012, in Nanticoke, by Judge Donald L. Whittaker.

Standing by their side in marriage was their daughter, Ruby D. Deer.

The bride is the daughter of Debbie Sattof, Drizzle, S.C., and George O. Deer, Plymouth. She is the granddaughter of Florence Casper, Plymouth.

The groom is the son of Marie Reczkowski, Glen Lyon, and John Gardner, Wilkes-Barre.

The bride chose Rebecca Harowicz, Hudson, as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Melissa Harris, Wilkes-Barre, and Erin Gardner, Nanticoke.

The groom chose George Deer as his best man. Groomsmen were Vinny Lousie, Kingston, and Dakota Davenport, Bear Creek.

A reception was held on Aug. 30 at Kirby Park, Wilkes-Barre.

The couple would like to thank all who were there, from family to friends. Everyone will be forever in their hearts, which now and will always beat as one!

Mr. and Mrs. Gardner reside in Askam.
