Destina and Davida Brannigan

Destina and Davida Brannigan, twin daughters of Destiny Kotsur and Michael Brannigan, celebrated their seventh birthdays on Jan. 6. Destina and Davida are granddaughters of David and Deborah Kotsur and Janet Brannigan, all of Plains Township; and David Brannigan, Wapwallopen. They are great-granddaughters of Joseph Kotsur, Shickshinny; the late Carol J. Kotsur; the late Irene Watlavage; Raymond Pokrifka, Plains Township; Sarah Macking, Wilkes-Barre; the late Leonard Macking Sr.; and Frank and Ruth Brannigan, Wilkes-Barre.
